We are happy to confirm the 7-day shelf-life of our wraps.

Recently we commissioned Consulchem Food Technologists to conduct a scientific study of our enchilada and balti chicken wraps for the purpose of ascertaining the expectable shelf-life of our products.

The results were very favourable. Specifically the wraps:

retained [their] appearance and integrity throughout the 7-day shelf-life performed at 4 degrees C... No moulds/E.coli, coagulase positive Staphylococcus, Salmonella or Listeria were isolated from the samples when tested.

... Based on the above tests, the product[s] met a 7-day shelf-life...
